The central dining and bar area allows guests to socialize alongside the sparkling pool and shoreline, with diverse cuisine inspired by the sensuous island atmosphere and complemented by a comprehensive wine list.
With the use of indigenous flora and fish along with our very own garden produce, the menus at Alphonse Island Lodge are built around freshness. Entwining the influences of local Seychellois Creole and French cuisine, our dishes overflow with inspiration from all corners of the Indian Ocean.
The culinary team aims to provide an experiential dining experience every day. These range from a Creole-themed menu with various fish dishes complemented by sweet and spicy sauces, to a beach barbeque next to a bonfire, to whisking our guests off to a sandbank close to St. François for a lunch on the flats. Whatever your desire, our team of chefs would be delighted to provide it.
Fresh fish is available daily along with garden and forest harvests. With all these resources available to our team of 8 chefs, their creativity is endless and their desire to exceed your expectations in the culinary department is unchallenged, aiming to cater for all dietary requirements and special requests.

Although we encourage our guests to interact and socialise in our central dining and bar area, our staff is always more than happy to assist you in planning a special dinner for two on the terrace of your villa or bungalow.
A romantic setup can be done whilst menus can be discussed with our chef on a one-on-one basis to ensure that it is exactly what you want.
In Room Dining can be arranged at no additional charge, but does require some advance notice.
